I am currently seeking development roles within the film and TV industry while working as an assistant at Shush Films.
As an independent freelancer, I dedicate my time to supporting and collaborating with local filmmakers, which has given me the opportunity to work with a diverse range of independent venues and organizations, including Mind Your Paws, Phillips 66, Docks Academy, BT Sport, Grimsby Town Football Club, Ambition Films, and CineShow.
My ultimate goal is to deepen my experience within the television industry and contribute to projects alongside highly skilled crews. When working on independent productions, my responsibilities often include assisting with setups, filming, and preparing contributors, all while prioritizing the needs of the team and the client.
I was honored to be selected as a delegate at the Edinburgh TV Festival in 2024 as part of The Network, which provided me with invaluable insights and connections within the TV industry.
Building on this momentum, I am now focused on applying for the 2026 ScreenSkills Trainee Finder while also developing documentary ideas that explore urgent contemporary issues, such as the cost-of-living crisis.
